Favorite sushi spot in Rittenhouse. Really cheap lunch special! Great location and quick service. Definitely my go to sushi place.

Tsuki Sushi is a great casual BYO sushi place near Rittenhouse. It's nothing too glamorous, but it does provide a cute experience with decent sushi. My friend and I came here after most other places were closed and were immediately seated. There are maybe 8-10 tables that can seat 2-6 people each.
They have a great 3 roll special that's pretty cheap, and serves a TON of food. My friend and I were so full after eating - we definitely did not need the gyoza appetizer to start. Enjoying wine and sushi in a chill setting is a great way to spend an evening.
Overall, it's a nice place for to grab some sushi and BYO with friends. Would definitely come back if I'm around the area. -

I've had Tsuki Sushi for both take out and eat in and think it's a very affordable and consistent place to go in Rittenhouse. The service is just my style: they take your order then leave you alone.
Most importantly: this place is BYOB.
They accept credit cards with a minimum $10 purchase. Reasonable.
I got the seaweed salad as a side and my friend got the side salad. I was surprised at how huge they were. The seaweed salad was very good, exactly what I was looking for.
I ended up getting the chirashi which was surprisingly filling. I only say surprisingly bc I am a monster and could seriously put an all you can eat buffet out of business. I thought the fish quality was decent and they had a good mix of fish. The salmon was the best: I thought it was really fresh and hefty. The white tuna was probably my least favorite but I still ate it bc it was still good.
My friends got various rolls (UPS, Amazing, Fantasy) and everyone loved their dishes. As you can see from photos, you can't really go wrong with the rolls. They don't skimp on the fish which is nice.
Overall great value for sushi. Not a ton of atmosphere but I kind of like that. Very low key. -

Granted, I'm used to living in a city with an actual ocean coast, not just a horribly polk river - but this is quite honestly the least fresh, most rancid raw fish I've ever had the displeasure of eating. What an embarrassment.

This is probably my favorite sushi restaurant in the area. I found it through grub hub a few years ago and have been coming here ever since.
There's never a wait and the staff is very attentive. My go to is their 3 roll special for $12.95. They have a roll here called Asashi which I've never had anywhere else and it's so good. The special even comes with a soup or salad. And you get orange slices at the end of the meal. It's pretty tasty!
Honestly, this place is so great because they don't over charge you. The service is amazing, the food is good, I have zero complaints. It's casual, you can come for meetings, dates, with friends...
It's not a fancy restaurant but I'd come here anyways
